Guitar #1 E-FR-120GT [26 Mar 2007|12:39am] [ mood | accomplished ] Just did a gig in Laundry Bar a week back. It was a blast! Thanks to project bazooka and khai lee. Will post the pics when it's up. Anyway finally i'm posting pictures of my guitar that I gotten last year. Sorry pinky! I delayed posting a post for so damn long haha anyway  below are pictures. What do we have here? Oh MY! A white beauty! Invoice & Head Just look at the sexy body! BTW the main body is ash wood. The blue stripes are walnut, it's a neck-thru guitar. The middle of the guitar is a 9 piece wood. Ash and walnut combined. Original floyd rose. The bridge pickup is a trembucker-4b. Using this instead of a sh-4b because of the floyd rose, difference in the pole spacing. And here we have the neck pickup, SH-1n. Beautiful crystal cleans! Beautiful chrome floyd rose. After using for a year, the saddles are brown and rusted now. DAMN! And here we have the control layout. Basic volume, tone pot. Pickup selector, i love this because it's a mini-selector. And the top is a killswitch, love this feature. Ebony fretboard with offset abalone inlays. O RLY And here we have the 3 floyd springs behind the body. Notice there isn't trem cover behind and I like it uncovered. When i reached there, BUMMER! A letter from Customs. I went all the way down to KL just to get a damn letter from customs. So what do I have to do now? Travel all the way down to KLIA. Damn it, i feel like i'm in the Amazing Race. What's next? Another letter when i reached KLIA telling me that i'll have to be the first to reach the checkpoint in tokyo to advance to the next round? And i have to wait till next week cause i'll be working tommorow and they close at 6pm which is the time i end my work too. I spotted da pump's new member in ryoujoku no ame PV. Some Updates [01 Jun 2006|11:29pm] [ mood | tired ] My guitar go delayed! FUCK! That kinda sucks. Waiting for 4 damn months just to be told that I'll have to wait for 2 more months. That'll be frigging 6 months to get my hands on it. Oh well, I'll just have to wait I guess, what can I do right? According to Noriko from ishibashi, it seems that when they inspect the guitar before shipping out, there was some cracks on the neck on the guitar. So probably it got damaged from ESP factory to ishibashi store. Well that blows. Been told that the next earliest shipment to the store would be in 2 months time. Middle of July to be exact. Hopefully it'll be in perfect condition on the next shipment. I wonder if they can throw in some freebies, perhaps a Kaoru's signature guitar or Die's signature guitar. I don't mind. Yeah right haha. Tommorow is Milla's gig. Will be attending after work tommorow at 7pm. Not really sure of the place too but I guess I'll manage. The last gig i attended was J-rock gig 2 I think. So this would be fun seeing CY perform. Haven't really seen Milla performed on stage before yet too. Been to couple of their jam sessions but that's it. A long time ago.. [07 Feb 2006|06:46pm] [ mood | tired ] Haven't been updating for quite some time haven't i? hehe Been really busy since i started working. It's pretty crazy, working on saturday and sundays and even on public holidays. It's shift work too. Keong got a new job which is pretty similiar to mine and he chopped his hair because of the job haha. Anyway she'll be back tonight!. Alright!. Hopefully i'll have enough time to spend with her. Really haven't seen her for so darn long. I'll probably getting my new axe directly from japan. The dealer in malaysia doesn't want to import it in for some reason. So i'll get it straight from JAPAN! Hopefully the process would be smooth sailing. Anyway i'll just post some pictures since i'm updating haha. Tess - The Cobra Hunter! [29 Nov 2005|01:25am] [ mood | groggy ] Move aside Steve Irwin - the crocodile hunter cause Tess is here! Guess what happened. My house got trespassed by a snake just now, well not really just now, but it was staying behind my shoerack for weeks seeing by the trails of shit it left behind. It all started when we decided to retire back to the comfy bed when my dad was alerted by my dog; Tess's non-stop barks. It was then that my dad thought that something was wrong. So down he went and checked. He thought it was a rat, but oh no it was something much bigger. Much deadly as it made a hiss. It was getting ready to attack Tess when Tess tried getting it out. Luckily it wasn't so. Phew!. So dad pulled Tess out and up the stairs she go to keep her safe. My dad then rushed to the phone and made some calls to the fire station. And we waited for some time till a red van pulled by infront of the house. And in came two brave fireman which has no experienced in dealing with snakes (dad asked them). Well to cut a long story short, they managed to get that bloody cobra, with some stick which has an L shape hook at the end and another with a string which managed to catch the cobra's head. I dunno if i was excited or i was scared during that half hour period, but all i know is that i got these lousy photos after the incident. The snake found some new friends after nesting behind my shoerack for weeks Looks like those two would be entertained for a while with something they came for On a lighter side of things, i just chopped some of my hair.
